Kia Motors is introducing new sales and after-sales initiatives with its Carens MPV. Apart from this, the company has also brought some finance options for the customers.
The company has named its after-sales package 'My Convenience Plus' in which periodic maintenance cover, extended warranty, roadside assistance will be available including protection for tires and alloys. It comes with two package options. Premium (up to 4-year coverage) and Luxury (up to 5 years). It also provides customers with additional benefits such as service cost inflation protection, pan India validity, personalization, transparency, and flexibility. The MPV comes with a standard 3-year/unlimited kilometer warranty from Kia.
Apart from this, Kia company has also brought some schemes which are as follows:-
. Care shield: Accidental Repair Options.
. Care shield+: In this, compensation up to Rs 1 lakh will be covered on a legal claim after two road accidents.
. Apart from this, the damage caused to the engine due to the wrong fuel being put by the customers will also be given protection under this.
Customers can opt for various finance schemes including 10 percent cash back on the online booking (with ICICI Bank Debit and Credit card), on-road financing starting at 7.1 percent, and 100% processing charge waiver with select partners.
Kia India's second MPV in India is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The choice of manual and automatic gearboxes is also available with Carens. Equipped with more than one feature, which includes ventilated front seats, 64 color ambient lighting, and a single pane sunroof. This MPV has also provided with great safety features.
Kia Caren's price ranges between Rs 9 lakh to Rs 17 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India). Comparison of this Kia Carens is with Mahindra Marazzo, Maruti Ertiga and XL6.
