Toyota has launched the facelift version of the Glanza in India. Its price starts at Rs 6.39 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.69 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The booking for this premium hatchback has already started while its deliveries may also start soon.

The 2022 Glanza is available in four variants: E, S, G, and V. E (Base) and S (Mid) are its new variants.
The facelift Glanza is the cross-badged version of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno. It gets a new Camry-inspired grille, a more aggressive front bumper, new LED projector headlights, and DRLs. The side profile remains the same, except for the new 15-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, it gets new bumpers, new L-shaped LED taillights, which makes it stand out from the Baleno.
Its interior has also been updated. While Maruti has given a blue and black interior theme in the new Baleno, the new Glanza has been given black and Beige interior shade. It also gets a new 9-inch touchscreen floating touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Carplay connectivity, connected car technology with limited remote operation, head-up display, Alexa home device support, new climate control panel with repositioned AC vents, flat-bottom steering, cruise control, and rear AC vents features are provided.
For the safety of the passenger, features like a 360-degree camera, ESP with hill hold assist (AMT only), six airbags, and rain-sensing wipers have been provided.
2022 Toyota Glanza is available with a 1.2L dualjet petrol engine that churns out 90Ps of power and 113Nm of torque. With the engine, it gets a choice of 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox. Mild-hybrid technology is not given in the facelift model. It has an automatic idle start-stop feature. Its mileage is 22.9 kmpl.
In the segment, this car is compared to Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20, Volkswagen Polo, Honda Jazz, and Tata Altroz.
