Honda Motorcycles & Scooter India had made a strong start in the segment by launching its retro motorcycle Honda H'Ness CB350 in India late last year and so far, more than 10,000 units of this motorcycle have been sold. The company sells this motorcycle through its BigWing dealership and recently the company has expanded to more than 50 outlets.

The motorcycle is basically a sporty version of the Honda H'Ness CB350 and these two bikes have many similarities. The two motorcycles share their half-duplex cradle platform with each other. However the new motorcycle is more sportier than its donor model and its main highlights are tuck and roll seats, dual-tone fuel tank, forward riding position, LED tail lamps and front forks boots.

Powering the motorcycle is a same 348.36 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine used in the H'ness CB350, which generates 21 hp of power at 5,500 rpm and 30 Nm of peak torque at 3,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission with a slipper and assist clutch as standard as in the H'Ness.

Let us know that there is no authentic scrambler near the entry-level premium space in India, but it is believed that with the CB350 RS this thing can be change. The feature list of CB 350 RS Scrambler includes LED headlamps, tail lamps and indicators, alloy wheels, black finish exhaust system with heat shield, 15-litre fuel tank, front and read disc brakes with dual-channel ABS.

For buyers, the CB350 RS has been introduced in two colour options which are Radiant Red Metallic and Black along with pearl sports yellow. In the coming days, it will be interesting to see what kind of response this motorcycle gets in the Indian market.
