When it comes to the full-size SUV segment in India, there are only two names in the minds of everyone, the Ford Endeavour and the Toyota Fortuner. Now MG Motors is trying to make its place in this segment by introducing Gloster. It will be offered as a feature-rich model that will get a lot of technologically based features as the company knows that it will not be easy for them to compete with these two cars. For this, the company is going to bring a new personalized after-sales plan for the customer of Gloster.
3 years or 1 lakh km warranty, 3 years roadside assistance and a labour free service standard will be provided with Gloster. Apart from this, customers will also be given options for extended coverage, different maintenance packages and buyback plans. The separate thing about MG's new MG shield program will be that customer will be able to get it personalised as per their own requirements.
Customer can choose a warranty package of 5 years or 4 years instead of 1 lakh km or 3 years/ unlimited km warranty. During this period, the roadside assistance of 4 or 5 years will also depend on the package. Apart from this, two types of maintenance packages classic and premium will also be offered with Gloster. 5-year/ 75000 km coverage will be available as periodic maintenance under the premium plan. At the same time, 3-year/ 45,000 km or 4-year/ 60,000 km coverage will be available as periodic maintenance in the classic plan. Also, assured value buyback plan will also be provided with MG Gloster which can be added to personalised After-sales package.
