Ford Motor launched its flagship SUV Endeavour with updated Bs6 diesel engine in India. New 2020 Ford Endeavour now also gets Ford's connected car technology suite which is called Fordpass. Bs6 Endeavour is now only available in three variants which are Titanium 4x2 AT which is priced at Rs 29.55 lakh, Titanium+ 4x2 AT which is priced at Rs 31.55 lakh and Titanium+ 4x4 AT priced at Rs 33.25 lakh. New Ford Endeavour top-spec variant which is Titanium+ 4x4 AT is now more affordable than its outgoing Bbs4 model, But its entry spec model which is titanium 4x2 AT is more expensive than Bs4 model that is because of added benefits of Automatic transmission.

New Bs6 Ford Endeavour 2020 closest rival which is Toyota Fortuner also recently launched with Bs6 updated engines and Fortuner's diesel variant price starts from Rs 30.19 lakh and goes up to Rs 33.95 lakh with the option of a manual transmission. Toyota's full-size SUV now also gets a petrol engine with the Bs6 update which makes the Fortuner more affordable than the diesel-only Endeavour.

Nw Bs6 Ford Endeavour 2020 biggest talking point is its all-new Bs6 Compliant 2.0-litre Eco blue turbo diesel engine which produces 170 hp of power and 420 Nm of torque. The power output figures of the new 2.0-litre engine don't match the power output of outgoing 3.2-litre Duratorq diesel engine which was previously offered with the Endeavour and which produces 200 hp of power and 470 Nm of torque. But it does outmatch the 2.2-litre four-cylinder diesel mill which produces 160 hp of power and 385 Nm of torque which was also previously offered with Endeavour. The new Bs6 complaint 2.0-litre Eco blue diesel engine of Endeavour will only be available with a single 10-speed automatic gearbox and this automatic gearbox is the only 10-sped gearbox which is available in the country. The ARAI certified mileage of new 2.0-litre Ecoblue engine in 4x2 configuration is 13.9 kmpl which is higher than its older 2.2-litre automatic that gives the mileage of 12.62 kmpl and the mileage for Endeavour 4x4 variant is rated at 12.4 kmpl which is also higher than the older 3.2-litre 4x4 variant that gives the mileage of 10.6 kmpl.

In term of exterior styling, The new Ford Endeavour 2020 doesn't get many changes it just gets a slightly redesigned headlights and the faux vent on the fenders no longer shows the engine capacity instead it just shows Endeavour lettering.
If we talk about the interiors, the design and layout of the new 2020 Ford Endeavour is the same as the outgoing Endeavour baring just the new gear lever. Ford Endeavour still comes with the solid build quality for which is known for and the material used inside feel premium as before. In term of the feature list, Ford Endeavour remains a well-equipped offering and now it comes with Fordpass Ford's connected car technology as standard. Through the smartphone app, users can perform remote vehicle operation, track its live location and get an overview of the car's telematics. Ford Endeavour continues to get the premium features like active noise cancellation for the cabin, semi-autonomous parallel park assist, power-folding third-row seats, Dual-zone climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. Endeavour now comes with a 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with SYNC 3 and Apple car play, android auto compatibility. The top-spec variant of Endeavour also comes equipped with seven airbags, Front and rear parking sensors.
Ford Motors has launched the new Bs6 Endeavour with the introductory prices starting from Rs 29.55 lakh and goes up to Rs 33.25 lakh which are valid only until 30 April 2020. After this date, each variant of new Endeavour will get a price hike of Rs 70,000. But even after the post-introductory prices, the new Bs6 Endeavour will be more affordable than the outgoing Bs4 model. Ford Endeavour will continuo to rival Toyota Fortuner, Mahindra Alturas G4, Skoda Kodiaq and the upcoming MG Gloster.
